DMCA

DownloadRedgifs does not host, store, upload or publish any video. There is no content on this site to take down.

What this site is

DownloadRedgifs is a tool. A visitor pastes a link to a video that is already public on Redgifs, and the tool passes that file from Redgifs to the visitor’s own device.

• No video is saved on our servers, before, during or after a download.
• We have no library, no search, no listings and no pages showing anyone’s videos.
• We don’t upload anything to Redgifs or anywhere else.
• Every video the tool can reach is one that Redgifs is serving publicly at that moment.

To remove a video

Removal has to happen where the video is hosted, which is Redgifs. Send your takedown request to Redgifs.

Once Redgifs removes a video or makes it private, it stops working here at once. The tool cannot fetch a video that Redgifs no longer serves.

We cannot delete, edit or hide anything on Redgifs.

To block a video from this tool

Although we hold no content, we will block a specific video from being fetched through this tool if its owner asks.

Email contact@downloadredgifs.com with the subject “DMCA” and include:

1. The Redgifs link of each video.
2. A statement that you own the rights to it, or are authorised to act for the owner.
3. Your name and a way to reach you.
4. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We act on valid requests within a few working days and reply to confirm.

What we don’t act on

• Requests to remove content from Redgifs or from any other site. We don’t control them.
• Requests with no video link.
• Claims from people who don’t own or represent the content. Knowingly false claims can carry legal liability.

Users

What you download and what you do with it is your responsibility. Download only videos you have the right to save, and don’t re-upload, sell or share someone else’s video without their permission. See the Terms of Use.
